Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a leading organization in the Durham, North Carolina area. The Customer Service Associate role is an onsite position. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Associate role is a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and video interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Continuously improve the customer experience through feedback and process enhancements.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE is required
• Interest in a customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
• Ability to multitask and manage various customer interactions.
• Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Compensation for the Customer Service Associate includes:
• Salary: $47,500
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave as required by law
