Piper Companies is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a leading enterprise technology environment located in RTP, NC. The Customer Success Specialist will support an AI-powered customer engagement platform, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success. The Customer Success Specialist is a contract position operating in a hybrid environment, requiring onsite presence every Tuesday in RTP with remote work the remaining days.
Responsibilities of the Customer Success Specialist:
• Drive successful onboarding experiences, ensuring smooth transition from implementation to operational use
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, providing guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
• Support customers in achieving desired outcomes through effective adoption and ongoing usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience stakeholders
• Monitor customer health, usage trends, and adoption metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Provide feedback to internal teams to support product improvements and enhanced customer experiences
Requirements of the Customer Success Specialist:
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Account Management, or related field
• Must have a technical background with CCNA-level knowledge and understanding of virtual machines
• Experience supporting customers through technical issues, onboarding, migrations, or implementation processes
• Ability to work onsite in RTP, NC every Tuesday; remote the remaining days
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Compensation for the Customer Success Specialist:
• $60,000-$80,000, based on experience
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law
