Piper Companies is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing organization within the data and AI software space for a hybrid permanent position in Austin, TX. The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that engage key enterprise accounts and drive measurable revenue impact.
Responsibilities of the Integrated Marketing Manager include:
· Develop and execute multi-channel, full-funnel marketing campaigns aimed at strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with business priorities
· Build and refine account-based marketing strategies and vertical-specific initiatives to increase engagement and generate qualified pipeline
· Collaborate closely with sales teams to segment and prioritize accounts, improve enablement efforts, and streamline lead/account transitions
· Coordinate across internal marketing functions, including digital, events, email, and content, to deliver cohesive and personalized campaign experiences
· Analyze campaign performance metrics such as engagement, pipeline influence, and sales cycle acceleration to optimize programs and improve ROI
Qualifications for the Integrated Marketing Manager include:
· 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing within SaaS or technology-driven companies
· Solid understanding of ABM strategy, digital marketing channels, and end-to-end campaign lifecycle management
· Experience leveraging CRM insights, customer feedback, and market research to inform targeted marketing initiatives
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales leadership and marketing teams to align on revenue-focused goals
· Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense or Demandbase preferred)
Compensation for the Integrated Marketing Manager:
Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000/year (USD) + 10% target bonus
