Operations Associate

Piper Companies is hiring for a Customer Operations Specialist with a life insurance and annuities agency. The Customer Service Operations Specialist will be supporting the internal business processes and help to the insurance and financial products run smoothly. You will be responsible for analyzing and processing financial and insurance related transactions and upkeeping records. The Customer Operations Specialist must be on site in Raleigh, NC on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

Responsibilities-  

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, documents, and records 
• Assist with onboarding and setup of new policies or client accounts 
• Monitor workflows and help maintain efficient operations 

Requirements of the Customer Service Operations Specialist- 

• Bachelor's degree required (Degree from an accredited, in-person university; no online-only programs) 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Solid communication and team-oriented  
• Must be on-site in Raliegh location on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 

Compensation for the Customer Operations Specialist- 

• Hourly salary $20 - $23 
•  9am to 6pm  
• Includes all comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, 401k, PTO, sick leave if required by law, and holidays)
