Network Technician

Piper Companies is seeking a Network Technician to support a leading healthcare organization. This hybrid position will play a key role in supporting network infrastructure projects, upgrades, and maintenance across the organization's network environment.

Responsibilities of the Network Technician Include:

• Support network build, upgrade, and refresh projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and hardware issues
• Implement and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and voice network environments
• Perform hands-on "rack and stack" activities and onsite infrastructure deployments
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and network operations

Required Qualifications for the Network Technician Include:

• A minimum of 1+ years of network support, network administration, or related experience
• Working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls
• Experience supporting Palo Alto firewalls and Extreme Networks equipment
• Knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise network environments

Compensation for the Network Technician Include:

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000
• Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
