Business Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an innovative healthcare technology organization. This remote position will play a significant role in supporting the technology engineering team responsible for developing and enhancing applications that improve healthcare operations, data management, and information exchange.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst Include:

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features
• Refine features so development teams clearly understand what is being built
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog to support business goals
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are met and features are delivered successfully
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria to support development efforts
• Support testing, releases, and the transition of new features into production

 Required Qualifications for the Business Analyst Include:

• A minimum of 3+ years of Business Analyst and healthcare experience
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical requirements
• Experience using Jira and working directly with developers

Compensation for the Business Analyst Include:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 (Depending on Experience)
