Senior Equipment Systems and Vendor Associate

Job Summary:

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Equipment Systems and Vendor Associate to support a biotech company onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities for the Senior Equipment Systems and Vendor Associate include:

• Manage and maintain equipment asset records within equipment management systems.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and compliance activities.
• Serve as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor equipment lifecycle activities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support equipment reliability and asset management initiatives across the facility.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment tracking, reliability, and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications for the Senior Equipment Systems and Vendor Associate include:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, Associate degree with equivalent experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience using Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM) or comparable asset management software.
• Experience supporting equipment tracking systems, calibration programs, and maintenance documentation.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating activities with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Compensation for the Senior Equipment Systems and Vendor Associate includes:

• Salary Range: $80,000-100,000 annually *depending on experience*
