Senior Business Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a growing client in the telecommunications and data infrastructure industry. The Senior Business Analyst position is a fully remote, contract opportunity. The Senior Business Analyst role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong network technology expertise and a background in business analytics and workflow automation.

Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst include:

• Partner with network engineering, product, and commercial teams to translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions.

• Evaluate complex data infrastructure environments to identify optimization opportunities and improve interconnection strategies.

• Drive end-to-end technical project coordination efforts to support expansion of global datacenter operations.

• Develop and implement automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

• Analyze large datasets and present insights that influence strategic decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with exposure to network technologies or infrastructure environments.

• Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools.

• Proven experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions.

• Ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively across engineering and business teams.

Compensation for the Senior Business Analyst include:

• $125 per hour
