Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join a leading organization in the electronic components and connectivity solutions industry for a permanent position based out of Santa Clara, CA. The Technical Program Manager will oversee complex new product initiatives and serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager include:
· Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex product development programs from concept through launch
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consistent updates on timelines, requirements, and overall project status
· Organize and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and drive completion of critical action items to maintain schedules
· Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables and address resource needs
· Monitor project financials, manage scope adjustments, and implement risk mitigation strategies to meet cost and timeline objectives
Qualifications for the Technical Program Manager include:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and product specifications
· Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
· Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and managing projects in a global environment
Compensation for the Technical Program Manager:
Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000/year (USD)
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
