Technical Business Systems Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to join a growing organization in the technology industry based in Durham, NC. The Technical Business Systems Analyst will bridge business needs and technology solutions, partnering across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other business functions to optimize ERP systems, processes, and workflows. The Technical Business Systems Analyst role is a direct placement with the company and requires you to work onsite in Durham, NC several days per week.

Responsibilities of the Technical Business Systems Analyst:

　• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other business units to understand business challenges, requirements, and technology needs.

　• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.

　• Support, enhance, and optimize NetSuite and other enterprise business applications.

　• Translate business requirements into scalable technical and systems solutions in partnership with engineering and technology teams.

　• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

　• Leverage technologies including AWS and Python to support integrations, automation, and business systems initiatives.

Requirements of the Technical Business Systems Analyst:

　• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a software engineering or software development background followed by experience in business systems, business applications, or a similar role.

　• Hands-on experience working with an ERP platform such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or a comparable enterprise system.

　• Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

　• Experience partnering with business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations.

　• Solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience improving business processes and workflows and driving business outcomes.

　• Experience with technologies such as AWS and Python; React experience is beneficial.

　• Experience adopting or implementing AI-enabled tools within business processes is a plus.

Compensation for the Technical Business Systems Analyst:

　• $120,000 - $150,000 base salary + Bonus + Stock
