Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a company focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services through a large-scale digital transformation. This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite work in Baltimore, MD. The Change Management Lead will drive organizational readiness and user adoption across a full Workday implementation, ensuring seamless transition and engagement across business units. Responsibilities for the Change Management Lead include:
- Lead and execute change management strategies supporting Workday HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance implementation
- Develop and manage communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training initiatives
- Partner with executive sponsors, project managers, and business leaders to align change efforts with organizational goals
- Assess organizational readiness, identify business impacts, and mitigate resistance to change
- Monitor user adoption, engagement metrics, and continuously improve change initiatives
Required Qualifications for the Change Management Lead include:
- 2+ years of experience in change management within enterprise environments
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Compensation for the Change Management Lead include:
- Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000 annually *depending on experience*
