Piper Companies is seeking a Integrated Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization driving enterprise marketing strategy and pipeline growth. The Integrated Marketing Manager will play a critical role in building and scaling account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives while partnering closely with sales and BDR teams to accelerate revenue generation. The Integrated Marketing Manager role is a direct placement with the company and requires you to sit on site Monday - Thursday in Austin, TX.


Responsibilities of the Integrated Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and launch an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, including building Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 account lists
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across inbound and outbound channels
  • Partner closely with BDR teams to align campaign strategy with outreach efforts and pipeline goals
  • Track and report on pipeline generation, including contribution to overall sales pipeline and revenue impact
  • Manage and optimize the full funnel lifecycle including lead, MQL, opportunity, and closed business stages
  • Drive continuous improvement of MQL conversion rates and campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and leadership to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives
  • Own campaign project management across multiple channels, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements of the Integrated Marketing Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation or integrated marketing
  • Hands-on experience building or introducing ABM programs within an organization
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, including measurable contributions to revenue (e.g., % of pipeline and dollar value per quarter)
  • Experience working closely with BDR/SDR teams in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel stages, including cold, warm, hot leads, and inbound/outbound strategies
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing campaign execution and performance tracking
  • Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing MQL conversion rates and pipeline efficiency

Compensation for the Integrated Marketing Manager:

  • $110,000 - $150,000 base salary
  • Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
