Project Manager - Auto Lending

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Project Manager to join a team located in McLean, VA on a hybrid basis. The Project Manager - Auto Lending will coordinate multiple business and technology initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Coordinate multiple business and technology initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Develop and maintain project plans while tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to drive execution and remove roadblocks.
• Monitor progress, communicate project status, and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Help deliver measurable business outcomes through disciplined project execution and continuous process improvement

Qualifications of the Project Manager:

• 2–5 years of project coordination, Scrum Master, PMO, or project management experience.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Naturally curious with a passion for learning and solving problems.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, drives action, and consistently follows through without leadership oversight.
• Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required. CSM, CAPM, or PMP (or progress toward certification) is a plus.

Compensation for the Project Manager:

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 *flexible based on experience*
