Quality Assurance Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join an award winning company in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. The Quality Assurance Analyst role requires you to sit onsite 3 days a week. The Quality Assurance Analyst role is ideal for an experienced testing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst include:

• Develop and execute detailed test strategies, test cases, and validation procedures for web-based and enterprise applications.

• Partner with development, product, and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and thoroughly tested.

• Identify, document, and track software defects while driving issues through resolution.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to maintain application quality.

• Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and overall product reliability.

Requirements of the Quality Assurance Analyst include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC processes, and defect management tools.

• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing both manual and automated testing efforts.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Compensation for the Quality Assurance Analyst includes:

• $95,000 - $125,000 annually + bonus
