Operations Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to join a growing organization in the financial services industry in the Durham, NC area. The Operations Manager role requires you to work onsite 3 days per week in a hybrid capacity. The Operations Manager role is ideal for a proven leader with experience managing operational teams within a call center, insurance, or financial services environment.

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure performance objectives, service levels, and business goals are consistently achieved.

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Analyze operational metrics and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

• Partner with cross-functional departments to support strategic initiatives, operational projects, and organizational growth.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements of the Operations Manager include:

• Bachelor's degree REQUIRED.

• 2+ years of management experience leading teams in an operational environment.

• Prior experience within a call center, insurance company, or financial services organization.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with a focus on driving results.

• Proficiency with reporting tools, performance metrics, and operational process improvement initiatives.

Compensation for the Operations Manager include:

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus bonus.

• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.

• Hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite per week.
