Operations Associate

Piper Companies is hiring a hybrid Operations Associate in the Raleigh-Durham area. The Customer Service Representative will join a life insurance and annuities company that provides simple and secure retirement and annuity solutions. The Operations Associate will need to sit on site in the Raleigh-Durham area 3 days a week from 9am-6pm. 

Responsibilities of the Operations Associate

• Manage all communication with clients about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Provide quick, effective solutions to clients ensuring all requests are fully resolved. 
• Clearly explain contract benefits and provide clear and helpful guidance on products and packages.
• Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes.
• Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access. 

Requirements for the Operations Associate

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Ability to pass call center simulation (multitasking, listening, computer use)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Experience working in customer service

Compensation for the Operations Associate

• $20-23 Hourly Pay
• Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k PTO, Sick Leave if Required by law, and Holidays
