Full Stack Software Engineer (PYTHON/REACT)

Piper Companies is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for a world wide technology company located in Morrisville, NC. The Full Stack Software Engineer will build and enhance a tool that provides real-time visibility into Common Criteria (CC) programs, testing initiatives, project status, and overall progress. The Full Stack Software Engineer role is a long term contract opportunity that requires you to work hybrid in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Software Engineer:

• Develop and enhance a centralized platform that provides real-time status updates and reporting for Common Criteria (CC) programs and projects.
• Integrate data from multiple testing and compliance systems, including Cert Gate, IPv6 (V6) testing automation, and FIPS testing initiatives.
• Build and maintain front-end dashboards in React that provide visibility into program status, testing progress, and compliance milestones.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python to aggregate, normalize, and deliver data from various internal and external sources.
• Partner with engineering, testing, and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and long-term platform effectiveness.

Requirements of the Full Stack Software Engineer:

• 5+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python backend development and React front-end development.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources, APIs, databases, and automated testing platforms.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, or project tracking applications.
• Understanding of software testing, automation frameworks, and compliance-focused environments.
• Experience with Common Criteria (CC), FIPS, cybersecurity certifications, or related regulatory programs is preferred.

Compensation for the Full Stack Software Engineer:

• $120,000 - $145,000
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
