Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager for a growing and innovative organization in the Austin, Texas area. The Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager role is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite in the office. The Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager will lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. An ideal candidate for the Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager role is a strategic marketing professional with experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and demand generation channels.

Responsibilities of the Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and event channels.

• Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

• Analyze campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.

• Drive brand consistency and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications of the Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or a related marketing role.

• SaaS or B2B Technology experience

• Experience implementing ABM

• Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing programs and demand generation initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms.

• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Compensation for the Integrated Marketing and ABM Manager includes:

• Salary range: $110,000 – $160,000 depending on experience

• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave as required by law
