Data Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Data Analyst to support a technology-focused organization by creating, maintaining, and improving reporting solutions. The Data Analyst will leverage Splunk and data analytics tools to deliver actionable insights, support business decisions, and ensure accurate reporting across the organization. The Data Analyst is a long term contract opportunity and allows you to work remote in EST.

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Splunk.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Document reporting processes and provide ongoing support for reporting enhancements.

Requirements of the Data Analyst:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk dashboards and reporting.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation for the Data Analyst:

• $85,000 - $105,000
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
