Jr. Physical Therapist

Piper Companies is seeking a Jr. Physical Therapist to join a growing physical therapy organization focused on hands-on treatment, patient-centered care, and long-term functional improvement located in Centreville, VA. The Jr. Physical Therapist will provide individualized rehabilitation programs while working in a collaborative, mentorship-focused clinical environment.

Responsibilities for the Jr. Physical Therapist Include:

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility and function.
• Educate patients on movement, alignment, and exercises to support long-term results.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under the supervision of the Clinical Director.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Qualifications for the Jr. Physical Therapist Include:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination and/or appropriate state licensure.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and sit for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Dry Needling.
• Interest or experience in manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation for the Jr. Physical Therapist Include:

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
