Maintenance Technician

Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and medical products industry for a permanent onsite position located in Wilson, NC. The Maintenance Technician will support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient facility performance.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.

· Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities on production systems.

· Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.

· Document maintenance activities and update work orders within the maintenance management system.

· Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician include:

· High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.

· Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.

· Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

· Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

· Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician:

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000/year (USD)
