Maintenance Supervisor

Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and healthcare products industry for a permanent onsite position located in Wilson, NC. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance personnel and equipment reliability initiatives to support continuous manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include:

· Lead and coordinate daily activities for maintenance technicians and contractors.

· Prioritize maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs.

· Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement strategies.

· Support maintenance budgeting, inventory management, and resource planning.

· Promote compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor include:

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.

· Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.

· Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

· Experience utilizing CMMS software and maintenance planning processes.

· Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation for the Maintenance Supervisor:

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000/year (USD)
