Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and healthcare products industry for a permanent onsite position located in Wilson, NC. The Project Manager will oversee capital projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional programs that support manufacturing growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

· Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall execution.

· Coordinate resources across engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance teams.

· Monitor project milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

· Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

· Support commissioning, implementation, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications for the Project Manager include:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

· Experience managing projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.

· Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

· Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.

· PMP certification preferred but not required.

Compensation for the Project Manager:

Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000/year (USD)
