Supply Chain Buyer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer to join a cutting-edge Medical Device company dedicated to solving unfulfilled clinical needs, located in King of Prussia, PA fully on site. The Supply Chain Buyer will help ensure our supply chain operates smoothly, timely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Buyer include:

• Supply continuity review and management.
• Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions, partners directly with manufacturers, and ensures items are delivered on‑Time‑In‑Full.
• Creates, updates, and manages purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and follow‑through to resolution so that materials and services are available to meet sales demand.
• Supplier communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications for the Supply Chain Buyer include:

• Minimum of 1 year of related purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to collect and review data, establish facts, and solve problems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field

Compensation for the Supply Chain Buyer includes:

• Salary: $ 65,000 - 70,000
• Holiday, Vacation, Sick, Personal, and inclement weather days are offered as paid days off.
