Sr. FP&A Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager to join a leading global healthcare and medical device organization. The Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager will support corporate financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making while partnering with global finance teams to drive business performance. The Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager requires you to work on site 5 days per week in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager:

• Prepare Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and executive financial presentations.
• Manage monthly financial reporting packages and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
• Consolidate financial results and maintain forecasting calendars.
• Analyze spending trends, variances, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and support corporate accounting activities.
• Develop automated reports, financial models, and standardized reporting tools.
• Partner with global finance teams on reporting, planning, and ad hoc projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP, planning, and reporting systems.

Requirements of the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience within a large public company environment.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP/planning platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global teams.

Compensation for the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager:

• $125,000 - $150,000 base salary
