Senior Project Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst for a growing client in the retail industry in Salisbury, NC. The Senior Project Analyst role requires working in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite each week in Salisbury. The Senior Project Analyst role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in project delivery, project governance, and cross-functional collaboration, as well as experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban frameworks.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Analyst include:

• Partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, timelines, risk logs, and executive-level communications.

• Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support project teams through Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban delivery methodologies.

• Utilize project management tools including Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage dependencies, and maintain project transparency.

Requirements of the Senior Project Analyst include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management, project analysis, or related experience supporting complex initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and other project management or reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation for the Senior Project Analyst include:

• Salary depending on experience
