Supply Chain Planner

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a U.S Manufacturer, Packager, and distributor of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products as well as healthcare goods located in Miami, FL. The Supply Chain Planner will display skills in coordinating with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams ensuring production plans are achievable, as well as aligned with business objectives, and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Planner include:

• Developed and maintained production plans and schedules for multiple manufacturing sites to support business objectives.
• Led and facilitated cross-functional meetings, including S&OP, Operational Reviews, Consensus Meetings, and Business Reviews.
• Coordinated with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Material Planning teams to align production priorities and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Analyzed production performance, identified planning issues, and implemented solutions to improve workflow and manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepared executive-level reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations while escalating critical supply chain risks and constraints when necessary.

Qualifications for the Supply Chain Planner include:

• 2-4 years Supply planning experience (Highest Priority)
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment
• ERP experience (Kinaxis preferred)
• Understanding Planning Parameters, Bills of Materials, Production planning concepts.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Compensation for the Supply Chain Planner includes:

• Salary Range: 74,000 - 80,000 **depending on experience**
