BIM Coordinator

Piper Companies is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a leading organization within the pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing industry for a 6-month contract opportunity. The BIM Coordinator will support multidisciplinary project teams by overseeing model coordination, resolving design conflicts, and ensuring BIM standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This position is fully remote within the EST time zone, with regular travel to Atlanta and occasional international travel possible.

Responsibilities of the BIM Coordinator include:

· Coordinate and integrate BIM models across multiple disciplines to support project delivery and design accuracy.

· Lead clash detection efforts and work with project teams to resolve coordination conflicts.

· Maintain project models, linked files, and shared collaboration platforms throughout the engagement.

· Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, providing updates on model progress and outstanding issues.

· Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and information management procedures.

Qualifications for the BIM Coordinator include:

· 5+ years of BIM coordination, VDC, or multidisciplinary design experience.

· Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Platform services.

· Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management best practices.

· Experience supporting industrial, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, or manufacturing projects preferred.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and model coordination skills.

Compensation for the BIM Coordinator:

· Hourly Rate: Up to $58/hr
