Clinical Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing Clinical Research Organization supporting global clinical development programs. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of clinical trials from startup through closeout, serving as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal study teams while driving project timelines, quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

· Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing study updates, managing expectations, and proactively addressing project risks and issues.

· Lead cross-functional teams across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Safety, and external vendors to ensure successful study delivery.

· Oversee study timelines, project plans, enrollment progress, site performance, and operational milestones from startup through closeout.

· Manage project budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and change orders to support project profitability and client objectives.

· Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, regulatory standards, and audit/inspection readiness throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications for the Project Manager include:

· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, or a related field.

· 4+ years of clinical research experience with exposure to multiple phases of clinical trials.

· Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and CRO operations.

· Experience managing project timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

· Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation for the Project Manager:

· Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000
