Clinical Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Lead to join an innovative organization within the clinical research and biotechnology industry for a fully remote, permanent opportunity. The Clinical Lead will provide operational leadership for regional clinical trial activities, partnering with project teams and study stakeholders to ensure successful execution of study start-up, site management, regulatory oversight, and monitoring activities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead include:

· Oversee site feasibility assessments, site identification efforts, and site selection activities for regional and global clinical studies.

· Coordinate ethics committee and regulatory submission activities, ensuring documentation is complete and approvals are obtained within required timelines.

· Partner with project leadership to manage investigational product logistics, including import/export documentation, permits, and distribution planning.

· Lead clinical research associate (CRA) meetings, provide ongoing study oversight, and support communication of key project updates and action items.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders, delivering study progress updates and helping resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications for the Clinical Lead include:

· Extensive experience conducting advanced clinical monitoring and site management activities across multiple study locations.

· Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and support clinical operations teams.

· Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and site management best practices.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation for the Clinical Lead:

Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000/year (USD) + 8% on target annual bonus
