Business Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst for a growing client in the technology industry located on the East Coast. The Business Analyst role is fully remote and requires candidates to work EST hours. The Business Analyst role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and partnering with stakeholders to drive operational and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, document requirements, and define project objectives.

• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical teams.

• Create business process documentation, functional specifications, and project-related reports.

• Support project delivery by assisting with testing, implementation efforts, and change management activities.

Requirements of the Business Analyst include:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting business or technology initiatives.

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.

• Proficiency with data analysis, process mapping, and project documentation tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Compensation for the Business Analyst include:

• $70,000 - $100,000 annually
