Senior Business Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support business process improvement, requirements management, and user engagement in a fully remote capacity. The Senior Business Analyst will partner with business subject matter experts and technical teams to understand business needs, document requirements, improve processes, and support successful system implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Regulatory Affairs knowledge, excellent facilitation skills, and experience managing requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst Include :

• Facilitate business requirements, process improvement, and stakeholder workshops to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, including the development and maintenance of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Collaborate with business SMEs to assess current-state processes and develop future-state workflows aligned with business and regulatory objectives.
• Manage and support requirements prioritization, traceability, and backlog management throughout the project and system implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring solutions meet documented business requirements and user expectations.

Qualifications for the Senior Business Analyst Include:

• 6–8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Functional Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a comparable business analysis role.
• Experience supporting system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including requirements validation and issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Affairs business processes, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and BRD development.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with business SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Compensation for the Senior Business Analyst Includes:

• Salary Range : 55-60/hr.
