Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Lead Master Data Analyst to support the integrity, accuracy, and effectiveness of master data across its manufacturing and supply chain operations. The Lead Master Data Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring ERP/MRP data is accurate and reliable enough to support manufacturing, materials, supply chain planning, and broader operational decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in master data, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related analytical function, along with strong hands-on knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Responsibilities for the Lead Master Data Analyst Include:
- Own and maintain master data integrity and accuracy across ERP/MRP systems, ensuring data effectively supports manufacturing, supply chain, and materials planning activities.
- Analyze master data and identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and process gaps that could negatively impact production, inventory, procurement, forecasting, or supply chain decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, Procurement, and IT to establish and maintain accurate data standards and processes.
- Evaluate the downstream impact of master data changes and provide recommendations that improve the quality and reliability of operational and supply chain planning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for master data and ERP/MRP-related processes, helping drive data-focused solutions and improvements across the organization.
Qualifications for the Lead Master Data Analyst Include:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience within master data, supply chain analytics, manufacturing, materials planning, data management, or a closely related area.
- ERP/MRP experience is required, including a strong understanding of how system data impacts manufacturing and supply chain planning.
- Demonstrated experience managing or analyzing master data within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Medical device experience is a plus but not required. Candidates from other complex or regulated manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to identify data issues and translate findings into actionable business solutions.
Compensation for the Lead Master Data Analyst Includes:
Salary range: $90,000-100,000
