Piper Companies is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support a growing client in the insurance industry in Durham, NC. The Client Support Specialist role requires working onsite 3 days per week in a hybrid schedule. The Client Support Specialist role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and experience handling high-volume inbound calls while delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist include:
• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional assistance.
• Investigate and resolve client questions related to policies, billing, account updates, and service requests.
• Document customer interactions accurately within company systems and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address escalated concerns and ensure issue resolution.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Requirements of the Client Support Specialist include:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Compensation for the Client Support Specialist include:
• $23/hour
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
