Azure Entra IAM Engineer - 176426

Piper Companies is seeking an Azure Entra IAM Engineer to join a leading enterprise organization focused on cloud identity, access governance, and security modernization initiatives. The Azure Entra IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing and supporting scalable Microsoft Entra ID solutions, automating identity processes, and strengthening enterprise access controls across cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities of the Azure Entra IAM Engineer:

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Enterprise Applications and identity solutions.

• Implement Identity Governance capabilities including Access Reviews, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Entitlement Management.

• Design and support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, ensuring efficient user lifecycle management.

• Develop automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows integrating HR systems, Active Directory, and downstream applications.

• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate Azure identity services and maintain scalable, repeatable deployments.

• Design secure identity architectures leveraging SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, RBAC, and ABAC to support enterprise security requirements.

Qualifications of the Azure Entra IAM Engineer:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.

• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance, including Access Reviews, PIM, and Entitlement Management.

• Strong understanding of user lifecycle management and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation methodologies.

• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC, and identity federation technologies.

• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and developing custom integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications.

Compensation for the Azure Entra IAM Engineer includes:

• Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
