Supply Chain Buyer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer to join a cutting edge worldwide technology company , dedicated to solving unfulfilled clinical needs , located in Audubon , PA fully on site. The Supply Chain Buyer will help ensure our supply chain operates smoothly , timely , and efficiently.

Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Buyer include :

• Supply continuity review and management.
• Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions, partners directly with manufacturers, and ensures items are delivered On‑Time‑In‑Full.
• Creates, updates, and manages purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and follow‑through to resolution so that materials and services are available to meet sales demand.
• Supplier communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications for the Supply Chain Buyer include :

• Minimum of 1 year of related purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to collect and review data, establish facts, and solve problems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation for the Supply Chain Buyer includes :

• Salary : $ 65,000 - 70,000
• Holiday, Vacation, Sick , Personal , and inclement weather days are offered as paid days off.
