Supply Chain Planner

Piper Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a leading medical device organization in Audubon, PA. The Supply Chain Planner will play a critical role in balancing supply and demand, supporting product launches, and driving inventory planning across a global organization.

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Planner:

• Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to support inventory, production, and customer requirements.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory levels, and supplier capacity to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with Product Development, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and ongoing planning efforts.
• Identify supply chain risks, demand fluctuations, and inventory gaps while recommending mitigation strategies.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze large datasets, generate forecasts, and support operational decision-making.

Qualifications of the Supply Chain Planner:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals including forecasting, inventory management, demand planning, and risk mitigation.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in supply chain planning, operations, manufacturing, or internships/co-ops within a related field is preferred. 

Compensation for the Supply Chain Planner includes:

• Salary range: $65,000 - $70,0000
