Field Support Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking a Field Support Specialist to join a secure technology services organization providing on-site support for enterprise hardware and infrastructure environments for a fully onsite contract position based out of Fort Meade, MD. The Field Support Specialist will troubleshoot hardware issues, support end users, and coordinate resolution efforts across multiple locations.

Responsibilities of the Field Support Specialist include:

· Provide hands-on support for enterprise hardware, storage platforms, and operating systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, firmware, and software-related issues.

· Manage service requests and maintain accurate ticket documentation.

· Coordinate break-fix activities, equipment replacements, and site access requests.

· Deliver exceptional customer support while meeting established service-level objectives.

Qualifications for the Field Support Specialist include:

· Experience supporting enterprise server and storage hardware environments.

· Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, firmware, and operating systems.

· Experience supporting Linux and Solaris environments.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Compensation for the Field Support Specialist:

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000/year
