Patient Recruitment Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to join an industry-leading clinical research organization for a fully remote contract-to-hire opportunity. The Patient Recruitment Specialist will support participant enrollment strategies across a variety of clinical studies while partnering with internal teams to help drive study timelines, patient engagement, and trial execution.

Responsibilities of the Patient Recruitment Specialist include:

· Coordinate and execute patient recruitment initiatives to support enrollment goals across multiple clinical research projects.

· Collaborate with project teams, research sites, and external partners to monitor recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Assist with study planning activities, timelines, and project-related deliverables to ensure successful trial execution.

· Support regulatory and compliance requirements, including working knowledge of Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and patient-facing materials.

· Analyze recruitment metrics, provide updates to stakeholders, and recommend strategies to optimize participant engagement.

Qualifications for the Patient Recruitment Specialist include:

· 3+ years of experience in patient recruitment within the clinical research, CRO, or healthcare research industry.

· Understanding of IRB requirements and regulatory considerations related to clinical studies.

· Prior project management experience or exposure to managing study-related timelines is highly preferred.

· Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.

Compensation for the Patient Recruitment Specialist:

Salary Range: $28-$38/hr (USD)
