About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Program Manager to support a major Regulatory Operations transformation within a global pharmaceutical organization.

The organization is implementing a more integrated, technology-enabled regulatory information and submission environment in partnership with Veeva. The program will bring together technology implementation, process transformation, data remediation, and organizational change management.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that requires someone who understands both Regulatory Operations and complex technology implementations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing or supporting Veeva Vault RIM programs, along with strong program management, process improvement, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

This is not a traditional project management role. The successful candidate will understand how regulatory processes work and how technology, process, data, and change management must come together to deliver a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day program and engagement management activities for a complex Regulatory Operations transformation.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated program/project management plan covering technical, process, data, and change management workstreams.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Coordinate across client, technology, consulting, and business teams to keep implementation activities on track.
  • Support regulatory process design and optimization, including current-state assessment, future-state design, and gap analysis.
  • Facilitate process-mapping and process-assessment activities.
  • Translate identified process gaps into requirements, implementation activities, and change-management initiatives.
  • Support regulatory data assessment and remediation activities as part of the transition to an integrated RIM environment.
  • Connect technology implementation activities with broader Regulatory Operations, eCTD, IDMP, and submission-management processes.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and implementation risks.
  • Support organizational change management and help stakeholders understand the impact and benefits of the transformation.
  • Provide clear status reporting, communications
