Summary of Account Manager:
The focus of the Account Manager role is to drive customer acquisition and expansion, focusing on both business development activities as well as managing, directing and working effectively with the recruiting team. The Account Manager will work in a fast-paced team environment that requires persistence, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and a desire to grow professionally in their career. Account Managers on our business development team focus on winning long-term programs within the IT and Clinical arenas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
· Drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling
· Professionally represent the company through marketing strategies
· Maintain and create relationships with industry contacts
· Sell and negotiate Piper’s recruiting services to active and target customers
· Ability to manage lead and develop Associates
· Consistent high meeting activity, favorable contract terms and increasing average closed deals in order to drive business forward
· Increase average meetings attended, favorable contract terms and average closed deals per week

Compensation:
· Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Contest Bonuses
· Other potential incentives determined by leadership up to and including eligibility in Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
