Change Management Champion

Raleigh, NC

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Change Management Champion to join a rapidly growing, well established financial company in Raleigh, NC.  The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of previous Change Management experience and proven ability to think creatively and design strategic solutions to complex communication challenges involving multiple constituents.

Responsibilities of the Change Management Champion include:

• Participating on IT project teams to identify stakeholders, conduct stakeholder analysis, create change management strategies and detailed plans, and effectively execute and monitor project needs
• Consulting with internal associates on effective communication design and development.  
• Managing initiatives serving multiple constituents in a fast-moving, changing environment using sound judgment within tight deadlines.
• Designing and executing measurements to evaluate solution effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• The primary work load will be focused on a major credit card project which will include adding new features to a large market customer base. 

 Requirements of the Change Management Champion include:

• 5+ years of Change Management experience.
• Experience developing business communications and Change Management strategies.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and adjust goals, deadlines and approaches to multiple activities in response to changing department and company needs and priorities.
• Proven communications, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience with electronic delivery channels and processes
• Experience with Prosci/ADKAR.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Previous banking experience is highly preferred. 

Compensation for the Change Management Champion:  

• Salary Range: $60-$62/hour depending on professional experience.
• 6 month contract w/possible extension or conversion.
