Located in Raleigh, NC (North Carolina) Piper Companies is seeking a Change Management professional to lead change organically and globally within our technology division. Currently, we are looking for someone who has experience leading global change who can work with strategic leaders to support change management strategy, methods, and tools.
Responsibilities for the Change Management Consultant include:
- Lead change organically and globally
- Work with strategic partners (internally and externally) to drive change initiatives within our technology division
- Create strategy development and monitoring, transparent reporting and communications, team member engagement, and organizational change management
- Act as an internal consultant supporting one or more strategic programs, collaborating closely with key program and LOB leaders, program sponsors and managers, communications practitioners, and other resources supporting the objectives of the program
Qualifications for the Change Management Consultant include:
- 5+ years of Change Management experience driving technology initiatives/projects
- Global Change experience
- Ability to successfully work and communicate with key stakeholders and C level executives to properly communicate organizational requirements
Compensation for the Change Management Consultant include:
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000
