JOB DESCRIPTION

Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Support Manager to manage the success of post-sales support for our cloud data management client here in the RTP area.  This person will be responsible for managing a support team by monitoring operational performance and workflow. This person will also communicate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities for the Customer Support Manager include:

  • Implement service delivery strategy working with the organization
  • Own the service delivery standards and quality
  • Manage the operational excellence of the customer support group
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Automate and improve processes
  • Represent Services Function in cross team and organizational communications

 

Qualifications for the Customer Support Manager include:

  • Experience with support team management at the global IT Enterprise level
  • Strong technical background in Networking, Storage, Backup and Recovery, Cloud solutions
  • Understands business issues and data challenges of global customer support
  • 10+ years of technical support managing global 2000 customers

 

Compensation for the Customer Success Manager includes:

  • Salary Range: Based on experience
  • Bonus potential
  • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K and PTO
