JOB DESCRIPTION

Piper Companies is currently seeking an End User Support Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) for a Full-Service Mortgage Banker. The End User Support Engineer will be tasked with Respond to all Executive and listed VIP, providing white-glove elevated support.

Responsibilities for the End User Support Engineer

  • Respond to all Executive and listed VIP providing “white-glove” elevated support.
  • Provide on-site support requests when required for both end-user and IT infrastructure.
  • Provides support to end-users including identifying, researching and resolving technical problems, responding to telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support, and differentiating technical problems from users.
  • Image, configure and deploy new or replacement end-user hardware.

Qualifications for End User Support Engineer

  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a helpdesk or IT support environment
  • Hands on experience with Windows 7, Window 10, MS Office applications, Active Directory, Citrix, Dameware, SCCM, ServiceNow, Wireshark, Splunk
  • 1-2 years desktop support experience, deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and printers

Compensation for the End User Support Engineer

  • Salary Range: $45,000- &50,000
  • Full Benefits: United Healthcare, Guardian Dental, VSP Vision, 401k Retirement Plan, and Paid Time Off
