JOB DESCRIPTION

Piper Companies is looking for an End User Support Specialist for one of the nation’s leading hospitals located in Philadelphia, PA.


Responsibilities for the End User Support Specialist include:

·      Set up, configure and add all required hardware during upgrade and provide technical support to end users after migration as needed.

·      Provide on-site PC and software support in hospital setting

·      Handling and troubleshooting tickets

·      Provide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops

Qualifications for the End User Support Specialist include:

·      5+ years of Desktop Support/Help Desk experience

·      Experience in Level I/Level II support in enterprise level environments


Compensation for the End User Support Specialist includes:

·      Salary Range: $15/hr - $20/hr based on experience

·      Comprehensive benefit package; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
