Molecular Biologist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Piper Life Sciences is currently seeking a Molecular Biologist to support a growing molecular diagnostics organization in the Baltimore area.



Responsibilities of the Molecular Biologist include: 

• Extract DNA from various patient samples, including blood and saliva 
• Maintain records 
• Prepare buffers and media 
• Perform equipment maintenance

Requirements of the Molecular Biologist include: 

• B.S. degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
• Ability to work well within a team
