JOB DESCRIPTION

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with expertise on the IOS-XR operating system, specifically with regards to the ASR9K routers, for a role in Richardson, Texas. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting complex problems for high-profile enterprise customers, providing crisis management, and driving projects. 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting IOS-XR on ASR9K routers
  • Experience with both IPv4 and IPv6
  • Excellent customer support skills
  • CCNP strongly preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field is a plus

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity

Compensation:

  • $55/hour - $63/hour
