Piper Enterprise Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join a passionate, future-focused market leader of term life insurance. This role is hybrid in Frederick, MD.
Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, and manage difficult issues professionally and courteously
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to take full ownership of responsibilities
Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience or experience in contact center sales preferred
- Experience defining, designing, and recommending products and services to consumers
- Proven track record of successful sales achievement and meeting prescribed sales targets
- Experience working independently and within a dynamic sales team to achieve collective sales goals
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- State of Maryland Life & Health Insurance license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Salary Range: $40,000 + commissions
- Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
