Business Process Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Business Process Lead to join our dynamic team. This position will be hybrid in Greensboro, NC. The Business Process Lead will be responsible for developing solutions around data that aligns with business requirements.

Responsibilities for the Business Process Lead:

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership throughout design, build, deployment, and testing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Review and support partner functional specifications and configurations.
• Analyze system defects and guide resolution strategies.
• Provide quality oversight across all phases of the program. 

Qualifications for the Business Process Lead:

• Ability to understand how functional requirements translate into technical solutions within S/4HANA.
• Some sort of ERP implementation experience (S/4 HANA preferred,)
• Capable of managing and approving changes to functional/technical designs due to localizations or defects discovered during testing.



Compensation for the Business Process Lead:

• Salary Range: $100,000-150,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
